Paying by Credit Card:
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the “bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly. Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line.
Paying by Pay Pal:
Once you have chosen Pay Pal, the checkout processes will lead you into your Pay Pal account. Please follow through by logging in and completing the transaction. Failure to do so will keep your order as incomplete
MerchLIVE.com collects Michigan State sales tax. Tax for orders shipped in Michigan will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

If your order status hasn’t updated over the 10 business days past expected shipping please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information on your orders status. Please place the subject “Order Status” in the email so that we may respond as efficiently as possible. Please also be sure to include your order number in the email as well.
All in stock orders may take up to 7-10 (while often much faster) business days for processing regardless of shipping method.
All orders placed on Friday after 2pm EST – Monday 8:59am EST will not begin processing until Monday 9am when we reopen from the weekend.
All orders placed on a holiday will hold the same processing time, they will begin processing the following business morning.
If you have an urgent order that you need to receive by a certain date, we urge you to order early! Please also always remember to take processing and shipping time into account when ordering.
If you have an urgent order already placed and you don’t think will make it in time, please contact us via email right away. We will do our best to process your order at a faster rate, but again cannot guarantee what day the package will arrive. Please use the subject Urgent Order when contacting us so that we may respond as quickly as possible!
Items signified as back-order will restock with the next reprint. Once an item is ordered for reprinting, it can take between 2-8 weeks (sometimes longer), for the item to be reprinted and restocked. To find out if the item is on order please send us an email with Back-order in the subject line. We would be glad to look into it for you!
All orders are shipped from our Kalamazoo, MI warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or Holidays.

Media Mail tends to take quite a bit longer than First Class mail, and tracking information is not always updated.
International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service International Mail.
All international in-stock orders ship within 7-10 business days of the order being placed. Depending on the country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.
The cost of shipping depends on the location and the weight of the package. Prices differ depending on the country that you live in.
Some countries require the customer to pay a customs duty or tax when picking up their package.This is completely out of MerchLIVE.com’s hands.Please do not ask to mark a package as “gift,” as this is illegal.
Return To Sender
If there is an issue with your address and your order has already been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to correct the address. More often than not, these orders will be Returned to Sender. This can be monitored with the tracking information emailed upon shipment.
If your package is sent back to us, we will contact you using the email address you submitted when the order was placed with instructions for reshipment. If the email address you provided at the time of order placement is incorrect, or you do not respond to our email within 10 business days your order will be canceled and you will receive a refund for the cost of the item ONLY. Please be advised that we cannot reship or refund anything until the original package is returned to us.
Credit Card customers:
If the address is incorrect, and you would like the package reshipped we will require the correct information be provided along with permission to charge your card the reshipping costs within 10 business days of contact. If we do not hear back from you within the allotted time, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.
If the address is correct, and you would like the package reshipped we will require an alternate address be provided along with permission to charge the card the reshipping costs within 10 business days. If we do not hear back from you within the allotted time, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.
If the address is incorrect, and you would like the package reshipped we will require the correct information be provided, along with a PayPal payment sent to our PayPal account in the amount of reshipping costs (all payment information will be included in the email sent) within 10 business days. We will require you email us to let us know once payment is sent along with the corrected address within the allotted time. Otherwise your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.

No Ship Country List
There are some countries that the USPS does not permit us to ship to.
Unfortunately, this is not something we can change unless the list is updated by the USPS
If your country does not appear in our drop down list we cannot ship to you. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

Unfortunately at this time, there is no tracking information provided for packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

The Department of Defense has issued the following guidelines for addressing mail to military & civilian personnel
– Use the persons FULL NAME
* All mail MUST be addressed to someone specific
– Include the unit and APO/FPO with 9 digit zip code (if one is assigned)
– Include a return address
For packages, print on one side only with the recipient’s address in the lower right hand portion.
